化工軸流泵是凱森自行研制開(kāi)發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，按口徑分：250、300、350、450、500、600、700、800、900共9個(gè)型號，18個(gè)規格產(chǎn)品?？煽啃院?，維修方便，是專(zhuān)為氯堿、制鹽中蒸發(fā)循環(huán)工程的特點(diǎn)而專(zhuān)門(mén)設計的軸流泵。借鑒了行業(yè)內的成功技術(shù)，并融入自身的設計所長(cháng)，經(jīng)優(yōu)化的傳動(dòng)設計，運行振動(dòng)小，噪音低，大幅提高了軸流泵的運行可靠性和平衡性，使維護周期和使用壽命大大增加。運行可靠性高，維護周期增加一倍以上，壽命增加20%。
可輸送化學(xué)中性和腐蝕性，冷的或熱的，清潔的或污染的，懸浮液或有大量結晶顆粒的腐蝕性液體。

參照升力線(xiàn)理論，吸取螺旋槳設計的經(jīng)驗，發(fā)展了沿徑向變環(huán)量分布的軸流泵設計方法，并進(jìn)行了廠(chǎng)內的模型試驗，與同類(lèi)型軸流泵相比，重量輕，體積小，剛性好，效率高(與凱森*代化工軸流泵相比，效率提高10%以上，重量減輕30%以上)。自驅動(dòng)端看，泵為逆時(shí)針旋轉。

化工軸流泵，采用懸臂式支撐型式，單級單吸軸流式葉輪，電機采用直聯(lián)或皮帶傳動(dòng)。采用后開(kāi)門(mén)的結構，使得在檢修或更換密封時(shí)，只要抽出轉動(dòng)部分即可，而不需要拆卸管路，因此具有維修方便的特點(diǎn)。密封型式可采用雙端面機械密封或填料密封。泵體采用彎管式或蝸殼式結構，泵進(jìn)出口口徑相同。軸承箱體帶有水冷腔，用以通冷卻水冷卻軸承。對于懸掛式結構或彈性基礎式的軸流泵為特殊設計。
