KAYSEN凱森機械隔膜計量泵概述

機械隔膜計量泵是電機通過(guò)直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)蝸輪蝸桿副作變速運動(dòng)，在曲柄連桿機構的作用下，將旋轉運動(dòng)轉變?yōu)橥鶑椭本€(xiàn)運動(dòng)。

滑桿與膜片直接連接，工作時(shí)滑桿往復運動(dòng)時(shí)直接推（拉）動(dòng)膜片來(lái)回鼓動(dòng)，通過(guò)泵頭上的單向閥啟閉作用完成吸排目的，達到輸送液體的功能。2、是可以計量輸送液體的機械，也叫定量泵、比例泵。通常描述為：機械隔膜計量泵是一種可以滿(mǎn)足各種嚴格的工藝流程需要，流量可以在0-100%范圍內無(wú)級調節，用來(lái)輸送液體（特別是腐蝕性液體）一種特殊容積泵。分類(lèi)一：根據過(guò)流部分：一、柱塞、活塞式；二、機械隔膜式；三、液壓隔膜式。分類(lèi)二：根據驅動(dòng)方式：一、電機驅動(dòng)；二、電磁驅動(dòng)；三、氣動(dòng)分類(lèi)三：根據工作方式一、往復式二、回轉式；三、齒輪式其他的分類(lèi)方式：電控型，氣控型，保溫型，加熱型，高黏度型等。
