德國KAYSEN凱森襯氟磁力泵概述
進(jìn)口襯氟磁力泵是應用現代磁力學(xué)原理,利用永磁體的磁力傳動(dòng)實(shí)現扭矩的無(wú)接觸傳遞的一種新型泵,也就是電機帶動(dòng)外轉子(即外磁鋼)總成旋轉時(shí),通過(guò)磁場(chǎng)的作用磁力線(xiàn)穿過(guò)隔離套帶動(dòng)內轉子(即內磁鋼)總成和葉輪同步旋轉,過(guò)流部件全部采用氟塑料制造,可輸送任意濃(強)度的酸、堿、氧化劑等腐蝕性介質(zhì),隔離套采用特殊材料制造具有高強度的力學(xué)性能,消除了磁力泵存在的磁渦流現象,由于介質(zhì)封閉在靜止的隔離套內,從而達到無(wú)泄漏抽送介質(zhì)的目的, 解決了機械傳動(dòng)泵的軸封泄漏。
襯氟磁力泵防漏設計取消了軸封,利用磁力偶合間接驅動(dòng),完全消除了滴漏的煩惱,絕不污染使用場(chǎng)地。由于泵的過(guò)流部分選用“氟塑料合金”制造??蛇B續輸送任意濃度的酸、堿、強氧化劑等腐蝕介質(zhì)而毫不受損。

襯氟磁力泵的過(guò)流部件全部采用目前 上耐腐蝕性能*秀“塑料王”制造,隔離套采用特殊材料制造,具有高強度的力學(xué)性能,消除了普通磁力泵存在的磁渦流現象。因此,氟塑料磁力泵可輸送任意濃(強)度的酸、堿、氧化劑等腐蝕性介質(zhì)而毫不受損。
